1. Am I able to get on the shuttle and pay the bus driver without reserving?
Reservations are required to use the shuttle and must be booked through your hotel, or by calling our shuttle service directly at 1-800-244-8424.
By placing a reservation, we can confirm a seat for you on the bus, and determine exact pick-up and drop-off times.
2. How many hours does the shuttle take?
Approximately 5 hours each way
3. How can I identify the Sun Peaks shuttle?
The shuttle is a Gold GMC 14-passenger van with decals on the side that says, ‘Sun Peaks/Whistler Shuttle’.
4. Where is the pick-up point from downtown Vancouver?
You can get on the shuttle from the Rosedale on Robson Hotel, located on 838 Hamilton St. (at Robson). Due to a tight schedule this is the only pick-up point from downtown Vancouver.
5. Where do I catch the shuttle from the YVR Vancouver International Airport?
You’ll find the Sun Peaks shuttle on the International Arrivals Terminal on Level 2. The bus will be parked in the commercial bus lane, which is located immediately by the International arrivals exit
